Earning and spending is easy but caring the child and understanding them is hard for parents.

Earning and spending is easy but caring the child and understanding them is hard for parents.

In this age, parenting feels harder than accumulating wealth. The sad truth is that a lot of us are in pursuit of various job opportunities- full-time, part-time, or specifically, business-related- crossing milestones and bagging higher positions at work, or reaching a position of greater status in society. However, we fail to realize that this pursuit is a threat to the established parent-child relationship. It’s not that aiming for better economic conditions is a bad thing, but we need to know where to draw the line. Otherwise, the family situation will reach a point where parents and children fail to understand each other due to lack of proper care. If that’s the case, how can parents be in a position to talk about their children as much as they can talk about their career or investments? This thirst for wealth and opportunities has brought us to a pathetic stand where values are overridden; parents take off on a sense of entitlement and handle problems with teachers and principals in a less professional standard, failing to analyse their children’s situation. When it comes to the matter of proper education, parents should realize that children have their own way of thinking and understanding; they have their own opinions and solutions. As they reach each stage of maturity, parents should make time to guide them in thinking out of the box, working on their thought processing, and meeting the educational objectives of that particular age.

Generation Gap

Generation Gap

These days, parents and children often complain that they do not understand each other. Perhaps, the prime reason is that parents tend to compare their children with their peers and this paves way to a widening gap between them. When it comes to family life, everyone strives to figure out how the relationship between parents and children can become ideal. Positive parenting techniques work well for raising children with discipline and good moral values, and they happen to be every parent’s dream. However, it is not an easy feat. And it is important to know that the parent-child relationship is a two-way street. In other words, it is actually a partnership. A garden with different flowers becomes beautiful only when the flowers blossom. Similarly, if parents prefect themselves to be good ‘gardeners’ and are able to recognize their children's personality and nourish it, then their ‘garden’ will become fragrant. This is what positive parenting is all about! When parents develop effective parenting skills, they will be able to take initiative in filling the generation gap. When parents start to recognize the right time to encourage their children, restrict them, or draw boundaries accordingly, they are tend to be perceived as good parents. However, when parents fail at this, the generation gap only widens. “Every young adult has the potential to help the entire world. He just needs the right guidance and support” . With proper understanding, youth can also put in effort to strengthen their relationship with their parents. With the aim to offer an in-depth understanding of today’s youth, we have revealed how to raise children with pure love and equanimity so that they blossom in all fields of life. We need to try out positive parenting solutions for instilling moral values, good manners, and discipline, which have a great impact on them even during adolescence.

Impact on virtual classes

Impact on virtual classes

During the initial lockdown period few schools have started virtual classes, and those schools proudly showcased in the market on the technology, same way those school parents also have show cased with neighbours and colleague’s but no one know the impact and output of teaching and learning. With this practice other neighbours and colleagues have started forcing on such classes on the schools who haven’t planned. Finally now most of the schools including state board schools have also started these kind of sessions. Now everybody in INDIA talking about virtual classes but no one knows the meaning of it and learning outcomes. It is all mater of pomp and show. But very few schools have circulated notice to parents the other way like to spend time with family, Help them and learn house hold works. Be happy with parents and make others happy. And given behavioural chart for students and instructions to parents on children’s learning observation. Now every educator’s and teachers should voice which pattern of practice is better in current situation. Important point to ponder on now even Tenth final exams are being thought to be waived off and final exams in many schools have already been waived of and children were promoted. Don’t fear about parents’ concerns, just try to explain and bring awareness which is good for child’s future. They might not respect educators and teachers. If parents have no respect sooner or later learning will not happened in children.
